Merry Christmas!

I don’t know about you, but I’m way behind on everything and COMPLETELY NOT READY for Christmas just yet. :) So I thought I’d just give you a quick shout out, and share our Christmas cookies this year. We went with a cardinal theme and kept it simple with 3 shapes. And I only have the one picture because I can’t seem to find my head these days! Haha.

Still, I want to wish all my readers the happiest of holiday seasons and I will see you in 2017!

Thank you for all your support! :)

I hesitate to call this one “quick” when it involved caramelized onions. If you’ve ever caramelized onions, you know it’s not quick.

But even with that, this meal comes together surprisingly fast and most of all, it’s easy. Like, super easy. Oh, did I mention it’s totally delicious? It is.
